Our experienced Head Chef Justin and his young talented team take great pride in creating dishes drawing on a range of international influences. Our menus change regularly to suit the seasons and use the best of what the region has to offer.
With a plethora of wonderful local produce and suppliers to choose from such as fresh fruit and veggies from Accent Fresh, uniquely flavoured Alburgh ice creams, and rare breed wild boar, venison and goat from David at Maisebrooke Farm.
We have not forgotten about the little ones either, and are proud of our Children’s menu that offers – with as few tweaks as possible – the same delicious home cooked food as the grown-ups.
To finish off your meal, why not try one of our many pudding options, all made in house by our team, with a touch of ice cream on the side, supplied by Alburgh Ice Cream.
Our chefs are working hard this year to source products from as many local suppliers as possible. We believe that in these strange times it is important to support local businesses as much as possible. With that in mind our menu may change regularly to allow for dishes to be created with what the county has to offer.
